The Meaning Behind ONE Transplant Hub™
The ONE Transplant Hub™ logo reflects the purpose behind the organization: bringing people, services, information, and partnerships together in ONE trusted place. The word ONE represents unity, alignment, and connection across the donation and transplantation community, while Hub reinforces the idea of a central place where patients, donors, caregivers, clinicians, OPOs, transplant programs, hospitals, and industry partners can access support and meaningful connections.
The circular motion surrounding the logo symbolizes continuity, collaboration, and the ongoing transplant journey. The blue and green color palette reflects trust, health, renewal, and forward movement. The heart and medical cross represent compassion, service, and the life-saving mission at the center of donation and transplantation.
Together, the logo communicates a simple but powerful message:

The journey of ONE Transplant Hub™ was launched by a clear need within the donation and transplantation community: to bring fragmented services, information, expertise, and partnerships into one trusted place. After years of operational experience in organ donation and transplantation, the vision became increasingly clear—OPOs, transplant programs, hospitals, clinicians, patients, donors, caregivers, and industry partners needed a more connected way to access support, solve complex challenges, and strengthen readiness across the transplant journey.
What began as a commitment to improving access and alignment has grown into a broader mission to modernize how the transplant community connects, collaborates, and responds to evolving clinical and operational needs. ONE Transplant Hub™ was built to serve as a partnership network where vital clinical services, trusted resources, practical support, and meaningful professional connections come together to help expand capability, reduce complexity, and support more successful transplant opportunities.
The Story Behind the logo

The ONE Transplant Hub™ logo began with an opportunity to connect our mission with the creativity of a local student community.
A ONE Transplant Hub™ colleague was invited to participate in a graphic arts class project at Reading Memorial High School in Reading, Massachusetts, led by graphic design teacher Mrs. Kathleen Dailey.
Mrs. Dailey, pictured here with her husband, Travis, shares a deeply personal connection to the donation and transplantation community. Travis is awaiting his second heart transplant. After learning about the mission, vision, and purpose behind ONE Transplant Hub™, her students went to work translating those ideas into visual concepts.
Over the final months of the school year, the class created and shared a wide range of logo designs for the ONE Transplant Hub™ founders to review. The final selection was inspired by the logo concept presented by
ONE student, Henry C. School Class of 2029.
More than a brand mark, the ONE Transplant Hub™ logo represents connection, collaboration, compassion, and the shared mission of bringing the donation and transplantation community together in one trusted place.
ONE Transplant Hub™ is grateful to Mrs. Dailey, Henry C., and the students at Reading Memorial High School for sharing their creativity and care. Their work helped shape a symbol that reflects our mission, our purpose, and the community we are honored to serve.
